CoreLogic’s Approach to Artificial Intelligence
CoreLogic routinely reviews opportunities for process improvements and product offerings that may benefit from using AI capabilities for future enhancement. CoreLogic manages the use of AI via a Corporate Program that requires the approval of all AI by the enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence Governance Committee. CoreLogic has established and designed the Artificial Intelligence Governance Program (AIGP) to ensure best practices and meet the specific expectations communicated by various regulators. The Committee reviews all requests to ensure all proposed solutions are sound and the staff using AI are provided appropriate guidance and direction.
For an AI functionality in a product to be deemed releasable, it must meet the following standards:
Does it compromise CoreLogic’s reputational risk?

Our core values and vision are described with our ‘CORE’ driven mission, with the tenets of which being:
Client First Focus on the market and needs of our clients. Be innovative. Be curious. Find a better way.
Ownership Empower and reward our people. Be accountable for our actions. Take initiative. Have ownership in your actions.

CoreLogic’s primary goal for every AI model is to present data and make decisions objectively and fairly. We use unbiased data to train our models so that output will never lean in or away from the favor of any person or policyholder.
We will not release a solution if it poses any reputational risk.
